A tool that will evolve continually in to an inexpensive, full fledged hand held GPS unit replacement software to be used in the field. It supports many Coordinate Reference Systems (CRS) to get local grid values from Latitude and longitude it receives from your mobile device sensor.
It is a tool that can help surveyors, military, hikers and folks in other engineering domains!

Transformation algorithm
Place algorithm is based on Helmert transformation and it utilizes 7 parameter Coordinate Frame Rotation (CFR) method.
